After the on site inspection, a report is compiled to inform the client of the present conditions, at the time of the inspection, this report consist of pictures, arrow indicators, and comments. All of which are to help the client understand and be well informed concerning their property interest. The report is prompt and delivered conveniently as optioned by the client. Payment for all inspections are due at the time of inspection.
